CNC Machinist

## Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Salem, OH, 44460. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise to create precision parts and components. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!## Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the machining process.

Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).Familiarity with various machining tools and equipment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You should be proficient in:

GD&TCNC Programming OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
G-Code Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
M-CodeCNC Machine Setup & Changeover Manual Machining Skills Machines & technologies you'll use:
