The Role
This isn’t just inspection work.

You’ll be trained to test, inspect, and verify finished coil components to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Your role is critical to making sure every product performs exactly as expected.

What You’ll Do

• Test coils for leaks and structural integrity
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use testing equipment and follow standard procedures
• Identify defects and communicate issues to the team
• Document test results and maintain accurate records
• Work safely in a clean, organized environment

We're hiring to support two separate shifts as we continue to grow:

Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday

Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
We’re upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to contribute.
