The hourly range for this position is $12.25 to $13.00. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Sales Associate

Sales Associates keep people smiling at Aaron’s. You will be a positive, energetic presence on the floor, driving sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find what they need. You will also work with customer files and contracts. At times, you may help clean, organize, and move merchandise. This can be physically demanding, but we provide training and tools to do the job safely.

The Details

What You Need

• Solid communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
• Help customers find what they need
• Handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment

Additional Requirements

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and safety tools provided)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
