Job Responsibilities- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients.
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority.
- Manage customer concerns and act as a liaison between customers and support teams.
- Increase market share for accessories, consumables, software, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all call activity in
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3‑5 years of sales support experience preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas.
- Proven experience in delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in account management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
