• Perform accurate and compliant journal entries; review and self‑review.
• Reconcile accounts and assist day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
• Maintain and enhance accounting systems and processes.
• Contribute to month‑end close, account analysis, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain assigned balance sheet account analysis.
• Support month‑and‑quarter close and adjusting journal entries.
• Participate in go‑live and other project teams.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and uphold Starbucks’ standards.

• Proficiency in reconciling multiple financial statements.
• Experience in month‑end and quarter‑end close.
• Ability to manage ad‑hoc projects and process improvement tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and procedures.
• Interest in learning and growth.
• Team‑player with troubleshooting skills.
• Track record of attaining at least a Bachelor's degree.
