Whatthis job involves -
The ME Program Coordinator needs a strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple projects, tasks, and people simultaneously, along with proficiency in technical tools like Microsoft Office and project management software. Key skills also include problem-solving, time management, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and adaptability to effectively meet program goals and navigate challenges.
What your day-to-day will look like:Plan and execute immersive activities
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities
Maintain consistent communication with external vendors and organizers
Maintain Daily/Weekly reports.
Contribute to program reporting to client, JLL and other reports as required
Coordinate collaboration between the Client, Facilities personnel, and internal account teams
Support cross-functional project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders with meeting notes and other requested deliverables
Track and report on all meeting agenda items
Escalate risk issues and support defining solutions
Develop process documentation and playbooks for all programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively
Efficiently prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of all program activities
Addressing challenges, mediating conflicts, and finding efficient solutions
2-4 years of experience in a project coordinator role, facility coordinator role or similar role
Demonstrated experience in working with large data sets
Experience managing multiple projects and tasks
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products especially with Excel
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities and events
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
Firm understanding of procedures that increase efficiency
Exceptional team player, capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with federal or government clients
Remote

Estimated compensation for this position:50,000. USD per year
