We are looking for an outstanding, welcoming professional to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This role is essential to the daily operations of our office and serves as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors.

POSITION:
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

OVERVIEW:
The receptionist manages the front desk and provides company-wide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. A friendly personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are critical to success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or office
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide accurate information in person and via phone or email
• Coordinate front-desk operations, including mail distribution, correspondence, and confirmation of 30-day notices.
• Process rent payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Respond calmly and effectively to urgent or unexpected situations
• Support overall office efficiency by streamlining administrative processes

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative/reception experience
• Strong customer service background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a busy, multi-line phone system
• Experience using standard office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Bilingual (required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay:
From $24.00 per hour Schedule

:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Location:

This is an in-office position based at our Keizer office. Remote work is not available.
