Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm.

Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who can also support the team in a Legal Assistant capacity. This person will serve as the face of the firm and play a critical role in keeping daily office operations organized, professional, and running smoothly.
This is a highly visible position that requires someone polished, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable balancing a wide variety of administrative and office management responsibilities in a busy legal environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes initiative without needing constant direction, and brings a professional yet personable presence to the office each day.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary front‑office presence for the firm
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and manage general office communications
- Format legal correspondence, letters, and envelopes
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed
- Coordinate office supply ordering and vendor management
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, equipment, and organization
- Handle miscellaneous office needs ranging from printer coordination to maintaining office supplies and common areas
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and administrative projects
- Help maintain an organized, polished, and efficient office environment
- Prior experience in an Office Manager, Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar professional office role
- Legal industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills
- Professional, polished, and client‑service‑oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Self‑starter who can take initiative while also following direction well
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling both high‑level administrative tasks and everyday office responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
