Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who can also support the team in a Legal Assistant capacity. This person will serve as the face of the firm and play a critical role in keeping daily office operations organized, professional, and running smoothly.

This is a highly visible position that requires someone polished, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable balancing a wide variety of administrative and office management responsibilities in a busy legal environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes initiative without needing constant direction, and brings a professional yet personable presence to the office each day.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary front‑office presence for the firm
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones and manage general office communications
  • Format legal correspondence, letters, and envelopes
  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed
  • Coordinate office supply ordering and vendor management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, equipment, and organization
  • Handle miscellaneous office needs ranging from printer coordination to maintaining office supplies and common areas
  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and administrative projects
  • Help maintain an organized, polished, and efficient office environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in an Office Manager, Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar professional office role
  • Legal industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written communication and document formatting skills
  • Professional, polished, and client‑service‑oriented demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Self‑starter who can take initiative while also following direction well
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling both high‑level administrative tasks and everyday office responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
