• Review, compile, and distribute bid invites daily to all divisions
• Assist the Estimating Coordinator in receiving, distributing, and communicating changes to bid documents
• Send job walk/pre‑bid meeting calendar invites to Estimators
• Maintain communication with GCs to update bid status and receive new bid opportunities
• Research new plan centers and bid opportunities as requested by the Estimating Coordinator

• No estimating experience required
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in English for safety purposes and effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and contractors
