Executive Support Specialist – Division of Child Support
The Oregon Department of Justice Division of Child Support (DCS) Director’s Office is seeking an administrative professional as an Executive Support Specialist to assist the Division’s Leadership and others with confidential administrative assistance.
Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling and calendaring of meetings, taking meeting minutes, coordinating travel, processing travel reimbursements, serving as the primary communication link between the Division Leadership and others, assisting with recruitments and hiring materials, coordinating personnel actions and files, maintaining and managing a SPOTS Visa card, and general clerical duties such as filing, archiving, mail handling, motor pool reservations, and virtual meetings.

Special Requirements
- Three years of clerical/secretarial experience, with at least one year at a full performance level of typing, word processing or other document creation, and lead responsibility for office procedures.
- Courses or training in Office Occupations or Office Technology may substitute up to one year of experience, except the required one year at full performance.
- An Oregon Driver’s License.
- Must pass a comprehensive employment reference check and a fingerprint‑based criminal background check. Driver history check for positions requiring driving privileges. Adverse findings will be evaluated for eligibility.
- Must obtain a Notary Public commission within six months of hire and maintain it for the duration.
- Preference may be given to a current active Oregon Notary Public.
