What We Are Looking For
Your application must demonstrate education and/or experience in the following:
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
- An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of OGEC and assist public officials with their filing needs and navigation of various systems.
- Support OGEC’s lobbyists, clients, and public officials.
- Use file management systems and secure file-sharing platforms (e.g., File Cloud); utilize Adobe Pro and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to streamline tasks, communicate, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure documentation, orders, notices, reports, and files are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and database management.
- Communicate with administrators, agency or legislative staff, the press, and the public with strong customer service and discretion regarding sensitive information.
