Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Incentive Specialist to join our In-Home Energy Services processing team. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of residential energy efficiency incentives by processing applications, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring program requirements are met with accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. No phone work is required for this role. This position works closely with internal program teams, community-based organizations, and external partners to ensure high-quality incentive processing, proactive issue resolution, and positive partner and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and the focus and proactiveness to spot issues before they become problems, growing into full problem-solving as they learn our program.

Accurately review, process, and track incentive applications in accordance with In-Home Energy Services program requirements

Apply program rules and eligibility criteria consistently while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines

Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, when requesting additional documentation, explaining program requirements, or resolving issues

Identify discrepancies, data gaps, or potential compliance concerns and work proactively to resolve them Analyze application data and workflow trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and error reduction

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Document decisions, notes, and exceptions clearly to ensure transparency and continuity

Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

- Incentive processing or program administration
- Energy efficiency or utility-funded programs
- Customer service, administrative, or operational support roles

Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or program management systems

Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptions

Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team Target Compensation:$56,000 per yearDOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00
