* At least 3 years professional experience in a dealership setting as a technician-Required.
* Comprehensive Knowledge of Volkswagen Vehicles:
Deep understanding of Volkswagen's models, systems, and technologies, including both current and previous generations of cars. This should include engine types, electrical systems, drivetrain components, diagnostics, and infotainment systems.
* ASE certifications
* Desire to improve constantly and be a true team player.
* Customer-focused and results oriented.
* Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
* Familiar with MyKaarma ,CDK, and proficiency with software management systems is preferred but not required as long as you are willing to learn.
* Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving record.
