We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Lube Technician who takes initiative, shows up every day ready to win, and is looking to build a career in the automotive industry.

• Previous oil change/lube service experience OR experience through an automotive school or automotive training program
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an automotive technology programis a plus
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanical systems and maintenance
• Ability to perform routine oil and filter changes
• Ability tomount and balance tires
• Ability to perform tire repairs and patches
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Keeps working space clean and organized
• Someone who takesinitiativerather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
• Positive attitude and a desire togrow within the dealership and automotive industry
