Make 2026 the year you grow your career and your impact! As a Field Financial Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting our mission to build better lives and communities. You’ll travel between branches, provide ethical and consultative support, and anticipate the financial needs of our members—both in-person and remotely.
What You’ll Do- Be a dynamic resource, guiding members through their financial journeys with a full suite of products and services.
- Mentor and support new staff, ensuring operational excellence and a positive work culture.
- Deepen member relationships, uncover needs, and deliver accessible, affordable solutions.
- Lead by example, embodying our core values and helping us achieve high member satisfaction.

What We Offer- 2 weeks’ vacation your first year, 3 weeks your second, and 4 weeks your third

- Minimum 2 years of experience working at a financial institution is required
- Experience supporting multiple branches is a plus
- Expert knowledge of credit union products and services
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license
- Spanish fluency is a plus and qualifies for a pay differential
- Flexibility to travel between branches, reliable transportation, and the ability to work branch hours (including some Saturdays)

Salary Range: $20.21–$25.26 per hour
