Duties & responsibilities:
*) 5 to 7 years' experience as a BA or a similar role(s)
*) Detailed understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management *) practices and the ability to apply them in practice
*) Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Excel
*) Considerable knowledge in various requirement gathering techniques
*) Considerable knowledge around data and data analysis
*) Experience mentoring and coaching a plus
