Overview:
Our client will be hiring a Senior Business Analyst with workers' compensation expertise, to define and document business requirements. They work closely with business leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and domain experts, drawing upon the expertise as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business analysis experience in large enterprise integration projects serving as a critical link between end users and the implementation team.
- Experience in workers' compensation domain
- Experience with Filevine products implemented within scope of the project
- Experience defining business requirements and integration for a software project (e.g. process maps, use cases, etc.)
Preferred:
- Ability to map and understand data exchanged / transformed between systems
- Document data transformations and data cleansing business rules (e.g. business rules if data in a field is 50 characters and must be transformed to 40 characters)
