Dakota Roofing and Construction is a fast-growing roofing and siding company, with sustained year-over-year expansion and a well-defined trajectory for continued growth. To support that growth, we are seeking an Executive Operations Manager to serve as a senior operational partner to the CEO.
Role DescriptionThe Executive Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational systems, accountability structures, and cross-functional processes that allow company leadership to execute at a high level. Candidates with a demonstrated history of operational impact in a growth-stage business are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience building operational systems and driving measurable improvement within a growing organization
- Exceptional organizational ability, professional judgment, and a high standard of personal accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
- Proven capacity to manage competing priorities with composure and precision in a dynamic environment
- A self-directed work style with a consistent record of executing without close oversight
- Manage CEO priorities, track strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent organizational follow-through
- Own the company’s leadership meeting cadence, including agenda development, structured documentation, and action item accountability
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead the development of standardized processes and workflows across departments
- Maintain and organize all company documentation, including corporate records, insurance, licenses, OSHA compliance, and vendor contracts
- Support financial visibility through budget tracking, job costing analysis, and vendor cost accountability initiatives
- Coordinate marketing performance tracking in partnership with external marketing partners and the fractional CMO
- Maintain HR administrative systems, including hiring support, onboarding workflows, and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and operational scorecards that provide leadership with consistent performance visibility
- Evaluate and improve internal software systems and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency
