Position Title

Job OverviewProvides tailoring, sewing, mending, and fabrication services for patient clothing, draperies, linen, and other textiles necessary for the efficient operation of the agency. Handles receipt, issuance, delivery, cleaning, sorting, marking, storing, displaying, and physical inventory control, as well as computer entries and related record keeping.
Responsibilities- Design, cut, and fabricate patient clothing and linens.
- Maintain accurate inventory and physical records of all clothing and supplies.
- Coordinate receipt, issue, cleaning, sorting, and redistribution of garments.
- Perform mending, patching, and repair of garments and linens.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and display of all items.
- Minimum two years of experience or training in sewing, including design and alteration of patterns, mending, patching, and repairing garments and linens.
- Valid Oregon driver’s license.
- Experience in tailoring and fabrication.
- Experience in inventory control and sorting clothing.
- Computer data entry skills.
- Customer service experience.

Employment type:
Full‑time, Permanent.
Location:
Salem, Oregon. In‑office position. Employment is contingent upon a criminal records check and a driving records check that meets OHA criteria. Salary range: $3,798 - $4,738. Salary range is non‑PERS qualifying; qualifying for PERS increases the range by 6.95%.
