Job Overview
The Intelligent Rx Implementation Professional 2 supports new and existing connections for the Intelligent Rx Real‑Time Benefit tool with external technology vendors and oversees the MyRx pharmacy pricing service connection. The role involves documenting business and functional requirements, influencing system design, coordinating implementation, testing, operational readiness, and transitioning solutions to production support.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business and functional requirements for Intelligent Rx Real‑Time Benefit and MyRx services.
- Influence system design to improve support and ensure solutions meet goals and requirements.
- Coordinate implementation of designs, requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide testing, project, and reporting support.
- Understand departmental, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals and ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience coordinating and implementing design, requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.
- Technical writing experience.
- Project management experience.
- Product management experience.
- Problem‑solving and consulting experience within complex environments.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the SDLC process.
40 hours per week.
Compensation$60,800 – $82,900 per year. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
