** Operations & Policy Analyst 2 position. This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule pending completion of trial service.

** Summary of

Job Duties:

** In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, goals, and objectives; and identify data requirements to best support the Health, Wellness, and Resiliency unit. You will also be responsible for coordinating data access for HWR and other agency services programs as an analyst serving the peer support team development. You will use technical computer applications and create statistical analysis and graphic work product in a confidential peer support  this position, you will provide technical research and analytical skills;

data collection, retrieval and analysis to peer support team development and managerial oversight; analytical skills for us by peers in conducting peer support functions in the field; academic and professional research related to best practices in first responder public safety agency peer support  this position, you will create, maintain and update an internal data tracking system for peer support team;

research; create informational guides and graphics to assist peer support team members assist agency members with stress management and work-life balance; and provide administrative support though data research, data collection, data analysis related to peer support programs.

This position requires a unique level of discretion and confidentiality inherent to health, wellness, and resiliency program given involvement with employee’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You will be responsible for program, legislative, and policy analysis and then providing recommendations that may impact operations. You will also monitor operational improvement projects and make recommendations related to budgets how best to improve service delivery.

* Minimum Qualifications:

** A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
** OR
* * Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification
