Responsibilities
- support implementation of the Climate Equity and Resilience through Action (CERTA) program
- coordinating program activities
- monitoring compliance
- analyzing data to inform decision-making
- evaluates applications and reports for adherence to program requirements
- assists in developing and maintaining operational procedures
- provides technical guidance to program participants and partners
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program
- two years experience coordinating or administering a program
- Experience evaluating program guidelines and utilizing analytical skills
- Experience conducting outreach and maintaining positive relationships with the public
- Experience maintaining a database, capturing data, updating data, analyzing data, generating reports
- Experience working in or with governmental agencies
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state, as needed
