Responsibilities
- Serve as a key project manager and policy advisor, supporting the administration of the Community Corrections Division.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the Information Systems Services Division (ISSD), to ensure the functionality and alignment of systems with the needs of over 1,200 county community corrections staff statewide.
- Work closely with counties to develop and support parole, post-prison, and probation supervision services, as well as community-based sanctions and programs for adults on supervision.
- Monitor program availability, respond to inquiries from the public and network partners, and represent the agency in statewide forums.
- Provide advanced technical and operational support for automated and non-automated systems, encompassing design, implementation, training, and user support.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Community Corrections systems and services across the state.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four (4) years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work, OR ;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven (7) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification. - Collaborative Teamwork:

Experienced in leading and facilitating planning meetings with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to drive organizational improvements and resolve challenges. - Technical Proficiency in Corrections Systems:
Hands-on experience with Community Corrections automated systems such as CIS/DOC
400, OMS, CMIS, and OIS.
