- Process all new contracts, unexecuted contracts, and executed contracts
- Assist with Contract meetings and required documentation
- Send reminders and track all contracts
- Assist with reading through and making edits to contracts via Word and Adobe
- Maintain fleet data, vehicle paperwork, and vendor platforms (e.g., WEX, Enterprise)
- Assist with requests and track all insurance certificates
- Complete prequalification requests
- Pick up PO box and drop off mail as needed
- Cross-train with the team for fluid coverage
- Process and review incoming documents and assist with document formatting
- Assist with reception duties as needed
- Submit receipts and coding for the Contract and Compliance Manager Master Card monthly.
- Maintain master reports, perform scheduled audits, and lead quarterly/annual compliance activities.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Basic computer skills and a thorough knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe are needed.
- Must be able to use copy machine, postage machine, and UPS Worldwide software
- Demonstrate competence in written and verbal communication skills
- Able to positively represent Jet Industries, Inc. and communicate with others at varying technical levels
- Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on‑site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
