The Executive Strategy Partner turns district priorities into clear decisions, coordinated action, and consistent follow-through. Situated in the Strategy & Analytics Office and working closely with senior leaders—including the Superintendent, Executive Team, and Senior Leadership Team—the role runs core strategy routines, advances high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives, and helps ensure the district’s strategic plan is carried out in practice, not just on paper.

The work blends problem‑solving, facilitation, and execution judgment in complex, fast‑moving contexts, with targeted administrative support focused on enabling executive decisions and follow‑through. Because of its close proximity to executive work, the role regularly handles confidential and sensitive information and requires high discretion and trust.
