Overview
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Operations Analyst to partner with our Global OCI Engineering team
. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, operations, and business performance, with a focus on enabling scalable infrastructure growth, optimizing capacity, and supporting data-driven decision-making across technical and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities- Support engineering teams through capacity and resource tracking, consumption analysis, and performance insights.
- Help leadership align with evolving demand by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data analysis, metrics, and reporting to support capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
