+ Experienceautomatingreportingprocessesandimprovingreportingefficiencyispreferred.

+ Knowledge of Salesforce,BMS,BPTS,CPQ,OIP,orsimilarbusinesssystemsisaplus.

Additional Responsibilities

+ Gather, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources.

+ Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

+ Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

+ Identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.

+ Support data validation, quality checks, and reporting accuracy.

+ Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams.

+ Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to drive business performance.

+ Automate manual reporting processes where possible.

+ Present findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner.

+ Work with IT, data engineering, and business teams to improve data availability and usability.

Certifications:

* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

College or equivalent degree preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
