All City Paving in Salem, Oregon is seeking an enthusiastic Asphalt Laborer to assist with the pouring, smoothing, and setting of asphalt. Responsibilities include offloading trucks, measuring areas for paving, and directing traffic. Ideal candidates should be physically fit, able to work long hours in various weather conditions, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience as a Flagger or in asphalt work is a plus.

This role requires teamwork and a commitment to safety.
