Support daily office operations for a growing civil construction company. Assist with scheduling, filing, phone calls, data entry, and coordination between field crews and management.

Operate excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment on civil construction job sites. Must have experience with utility and earthwork projects.

Requirements- 5+ years construction management experience
- Heavy civil experience required
Support construction crews on civil job sites. Duties include trench work, pipe installation support, grading assistance, and general site maintenance.
Prepare cost estimates for civil construction projects including excavation, utilities, and site work. Review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop competitive bids.
Requirements- 3+ years estimating experience
- Understanding of Oregon construction market
Lead field crews on heavy civil construction projects. Manage daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards are met on every job.
