We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Project Manager for our Development team in the Construction industry. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including the design, permitting, construction, and close‑out.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Liaise with local government and regulatory bodies for zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential project viability.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial planning of projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on time.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring all projects adhere to safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
  • Resolve any project‑related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects from start to finish.
  • In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Experience in dealing with zoning, regulatory, and permitting issues.
  • Excellent understanding of construction design and close‑out processes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
