Maps Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to provide exceptional service to members regarding various Credit Union products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer service background, with responsibilities including member transactions, loan interviews, and maintaining confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred, and a high school diploma is required.
Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $30.63 per hour based on experience.
