Job Title: Associate Client Service Representative
Location: Salem, OR (Hybrid)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
OverviewAs a Records Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of CSC’s Company Records Database in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities- Understand and complete requests from both internal and external customers in the Records Queue and update the Company Records database.
- Research entities or groups of entities at the Secretary of State and validate or update the database accordingly.
- Review, understand and correct error log reports to identify processing errors and systemic gaps.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Ability to work and navigate across multiple databases and computer screens.
- Comfortable answering client phone calls, understanding the customer’s request, and completing the tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Embody and live the high expectations of CSC’s company culture.
Active participation in CSC Values and a commitment to continuous improvement in performance.
