Receptionist (Part-Time) – Be the First Impression That Matters

We’re looking for a friendly, high‑energy Receptionist to be the face of a busy, customer-focused dealership environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greet customers with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, routing them accurately
  • Direct guests to the appropriate departments (sales, service, waiting areas)
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure quick and efficient customer support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and supply ordering
  • Support overall dealership operations through team collaboration

  • Administrative or clerical support experience
Schedule & Environment
  • Part‑time (25–30 hours/week)
  • Evening and weekend schedule required
  • Fast‑paced, customer‑focused showroom environment
  • Hands‑on training provided to set you up for success

Pay And Benefits

$16.50 - $16.50/hr.
