Power Kia is looking for a team player who has advising or writing experience, customer service or dealership experience.
Job PurposeThe Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative duties.
Key Duties- Great customers when they arrive
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
- Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
- Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed
- Build strong relationships with customers
Job Type: Full Time Wednesday-Sunday
