Member Services Representative

Capitol Dental Care is seeking a Member Services Representative to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team within the Customer Service & Support department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members, answering questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims while delivering empathetic, high-quality service. You will manage inbound calls and emails, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
