At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC‑PNW), we deliver high‑quality, office‑based anesthesia across pediatric dental offices throughout the Pacific Northwest — and we're hiring across all of our markets.

We are seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office‑based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. No complex pediatric cases — just thoughtful, well‑run care in a calm environment.

• Office‑based pediatric dental anesthesia
• Healthy, low‑acuity pediatric patients
• Efficient, predictable workflows
• Support from experienced clinical and operational teams

• Office‑based, ambulatory‑only anesthesia
• Strong clinical and operational support
• A growing practice with room to evolve into adult dental, GI, and ENT

• MD Anesthesiologist (pediatric fellowship not required)
• Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
• Active Oregon and/or Washington license, or willingness to obtain
• Enjoys autonomy and flexible scheduling
• Values quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
• Interested in growing with a practice — not just filling shifts
