Dental Therapist — Full Time or Part Time $10,000 Signing Bonus | Starting at $160,000/Year Why Gentle Dental

At Gentle Dental, we believe great patient care starts with a team that feels genuinely valued, supported, and set up to do their best work. Our vision is to provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare — making it accessible to every patient we serve, because we know oral health is foundational to overall wellbeing.

We've reimagined what group dentistry looks like — giving clinicians the right balance of autonomy and support at every stage of their career, in a culture built on clinical excellence, innovation, and real investment in our people.

Dental Therapists are a critical part of that vision. If you're looking for a place where your full scope of practice is respected, your growth is supported, and your work genuinely improves access to care in your community — this is it.

The Role

We're hiring a Dental Therapist at our Salem Lancaster location, available as either a full-time or part-time position. Salem is Oregon's state capital and one of the Willamette Valley's largest and most diverse communities — a market where expanded-function providers have real and lasting impact on patient access and outcomes.

You'll practice within your full authorized scope, supported by an experienced clinical team and the operational infrastructure of a well-established, multi-site group practice.

What We Offer
  • Starting salary of $160,000/year (full time)
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match and pre-tax savings plan
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program
  • Current Oregon Dental Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • CPR certification required
