At Gentle Dental, we value our teammate’s smile as much as our patient’s smile.
A Different Kind of Hygiene RoleThis isn't a traditional chair-side position. If you're a hygienist who wants independence, meaningful community impact, and the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, this role was built for you.
Capitol Dental is hiring a Full-Time Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist (EPDH) , with a primary focus on our school-based dental sealant program
. You'll help bring preventive oral healthcare directly to children in local schools, expanding access to care and making a measurable difference in the oral health of students throughout the community.
In addition to school-based services, you'll support Capitol Dental's broader Community Outreach program, bringing care to patients in community and healthcare settings where access to traditional dental care may be limited.
Why Capitol DentalOur vision is simple: provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare — and make it accessible to every patient, in every setting. We believe oral health is foundational to overall wellbeing, and that means reaching patients beyond the four walls of a traditional clinic.
We're a team of people who care, listen, and show up for our communities. We build meaningful relationships with our patients, schools, community partners, medical providers, and each other — and we're looking for a provider who shares that commitment.
What You'll DoAs an EPDH, your primary focus will be delivering preventive dental care through our school sealant program in the Salem area. You'll work independently in school and community settings while collaborating with Capitol Dental's clinical and outreach teams.
