Oxford Dental is looking for a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our welcoming team in Salem, Oregon. Located near the vibrant Commercial Street corridor at 315 Oxford Street S.E., our practice balances community-centered care with modern preventative dentistry. Licensure:
Valid and active Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in good standing.

Specialized Credentials:
Active Local Anesthesia Certification is required for chairside therapeutic procedures.

Safety & Compliance:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Card and up-to-date healthcare immunizations/vaccines in accordance with state dental board safety regulations.

Preventative & Therapeutic Scaling:
Perform detailed dental prophylaxis, deep cleanings, scaling, and root planing to treat and prevent periodontal disease.

Local Anesthesia Administration:
Safely administer local anesthesia and pain-management protocols as required for patient comfort during advanced dental treatments.

Oral Health Screenings:
Conduct comprehensive oral tissue evaluations, screen for periodontal health metrics, and take digital diagnostic dental X-rays.

Patient Education & Wellness:
Act as a preventative care advocate by guiding patients through specialized home-care regimens and nutritional counseling for optimal oral hygiene.

Clinical Document Accuracy:
Maintain highly accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient charts, detailing treatment histories, periodontal tracking, and clinical notes.
