We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect /
Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Autodesk Revit, capable of producing coordinated construction documents, and comfortable working collaboratively across multiple project phases.

- Develop and maintain Revit models from schematic design through construction documents
- Prepare permit and construction drawing sets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape)
- Assist in the development and implementation of Revit standards, templates, and families.
- Assist with code research, zoning analysis, and agency submittals
- Incorporate redlines and QA/QC comments efficiently and accurately
- Support RFIs, submittals, and construction administration tasks
- Participate in internal design reviews and coordination meetings
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- 3–5 years of experience in an architectural firm or AEC environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems
- Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with multi-family, residential, or commercial project types
- Familiarity with Oregon codes and local permitting agencies
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Actively pursuing architectural licensure
