Work Environment:
Hospital-based Breast Center Trauma Designation:
Level 4 (no ER volume) Responsibilities:
Focus on breast imaging with a strong emphasis on mammography and ultrasound Powerscribe dictation into EPIC, with Mammography reporting done through EPIC Facilities:
One mammography room and two ultrasound rooms at one facility One mammography room and one ultrasound room at a second facility (screening exams only) Support Staff: 2 daytime ultrasound techs 1 mammography tech 1 breast navigator who assists with stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and scheduling follow-up care Teleradiology:
Not an option for this position; breast imaging is performed on-site Patient Demographic:
