Job Responsibilities:? Deliver direct patient care including intakes, medication management, and follow-up visits
? Conduct both chronic disease management and acute/urgent care
? See patients of all ages (5 years and older), with 30-minute appointment blocks (targeting 16?19 patients per day)
? Perform preventive care including annual exams, PAPs, Well-Woman visits, and Well-Child Checks
? Develop treatment plans using evidence-based clinical guidelines
? Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team staff to coordinate care
? Utilize an efficient EHR system for accurate documentation and coding
? Participate in ongoing case reviews with the Medical Director and clinical team
? Minimal after-hours call; supported by a professional answering service
Qualifications:
? Licensed and credentialed Physician Assistant in Oregon or eligible within 90 days
? 1+ year experience in primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, internal medicine, or OB-GYN preferred
? Spanish language proficiency is a plus (with pay differential)
? Proficient in EHR systems and tele-health platforms
? Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
? Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment
Working Hours:
? Full-time, or part-time
? Flexible weekday scheduling?
Monday through Friday, no weekends required
? Choose your own hours; open to 4x10s or 5x8s
? In-person at one or both Salem locations; tele-health support available
