Urology Clinic

Our Urology Clinic proudly serves patients from across Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley. Our facilities feature modern operating room (OR) suites, advanced imaging, and robust inpatient and outpatient support teams. As part of our commitment to Lean-driven improvement, you will have a voice in shaping workflows, protocols, and policies that enhance both patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.

What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient consults, outpatient visits, and surgical procedures in both clinic and hospital settings.
  • Perform operating room–based and in-clinic procedures, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Deliver follow-up outpatient care after inpatient consults and procedures.
  • Participate in after-hours call coverage, including inpatient rounding and urgent urologic surgical interventions.
  • Document patient care in an accurate, timely, and thorough manner.
  • Submit billing activity daily to ensure efficient processing and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain policies, protocols, order sets, and educational materials for the Urology Service.
  • Build and maintain a strong referral network to expand access to urology services in the community.
Required qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Urology.
  • Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon (or ability to obtain).
  • Current, unrestricted DEA certificate.
  • Board Certification in Urology through the American Board of Urology, or eligibility with certification obtained within five years of residency/fellowship completion.
  • Skilled in all aspects of urology procedures and surgeries.
