Practice Overview 100% outpatient clinic model with no inpatient, nights, weekends, or call
Physician-led, multi-specialty environment with collaborative support
Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek options

Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary plus performance-based incentives
Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Up to $175,000 in student loan repayment

Candidate Profile Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
MD or DO
