Optometrist at Kaiser Permanente Northwest

We seek skilled and compassionate Optometrists to join our practice in Salem, OR. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye care to patients with a wide range of chronic eye conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care within an integrated health system.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive optometric care, including chronic eye disease management
• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals across specialties
• Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education

• Experienced and supportive clinical staff
• Access to an advanced, physician-friendly Epic EMR
• Opportunities for clinical leadership roles if desired
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

• One-year OD residency preferred, or
• Minimum of three years clinical experience with demonstrated chronic disease management

• Annual salary: $118,700 - $144,800
  (Dependent on skills, qualifications, degrees/certifications, training, and market factors)
• Total Rewards Value Range: $180,101 - $225,000
