We seek skilled and compassionate Optometrists to join our practice in Salem, OR. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye care to patients with a wide range of chronic eye conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care within an integrated health system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive optometric care, including chronic eye disease management
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals across specialties
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education
What You Can Expect

Minimum Requirements
  • One-year OD residency preferred, or

Compensation Details
  • Annual salary: $118,700 - $144,800
    (Dependent on skills, qualifications, degrees/certifications, training, and market factors)
  • Total Rewards Value Range: $180,101 - $225,000
  • Hiring Incentive:
    Up to $15,000 relocation allowance
