salem-keizer public schools is seeking special education teachers to fill vacancies as they occur during the 2026-27 school year. Vacancies range from elementary to post-high school levels and encompass a full spectrum of assignments from learning resource centers to self-contained classrooms.

salem-keizer offers a comprehensive benefit package and district-paid retirement contribution to pers. In addition to the salary range below, teachers will receive a special education differential as it may apply.

interested candidates must hold a valid oregon license with appropriate endorsement issued by teachers standards & practices commission (tspc) or be in process of obtaining appropriate licensure with tspc. ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).)

salary is prorated based on fte: $50,011 – $98,436 (pro-rated differential based on fte up to $5,826 - subject to change) (salary is based on the 2025-26 schedule and is subject to change)
