Special Programs Instructional Assistant - Bilingual - ESSA

To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and bilingual education settings.

• Assist a licensed teacher in planning and implementing educational programs.
• Support individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide instruction in both general and bilingual education settings.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently.
• Bilingual assessment required.
• ESSA documentation required: must register the required information with the district by attaching transcripts and/or test results to the job application; these materials will be reviewed to verify that the requirements are met.
