Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Current Salem-Keizer School District employee: (Open to all internal employees - teachers, classified staff)
* Hold a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
* Meet Western Oregon University admissions requirements
