Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Current state licensure, if applicable

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with individual student needs
Provide targeted consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to promote positive student outcomes
Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
Collaborate closely with IEP teams and participate in meetings to support student success

Position Details:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week schedule
School-based setting; work within elementary, middle, and high school environments as required
