ESSA - Special Programs Instructional Assistant
2026-27 School Year - Grant
PurposeTo improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and special education settings.
This position will work closely with the behavior team to support students both proactively as well as in response to spotaneous needs.

Permanent starting September 3, 2026 - Hourly Range: $23.15 - $29.53 (Salary is based on the 2025-26 schedule and is subject to change)

The federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) works to support equal opportunity for disadvantaged students and eliminate barriers to student success.
